Mindfulness is simple, but not easy. But with the right practice, anyone can benefit from its transformative effects. MBSR is a specially developed, evidence-based and now widely used program that has helped numerous people with mental and physical ailments. Get out of autopilot and into the present moment. You learn specific skills that help you to break the vicious circle of stress, anxiety, worry, dissatisfaction and exhaustion. You develop an observant, accepting and compassionate attitude towards your inner experience and you learn to respond to life's challenges in a healthy way.
