HELLO!

I’m Natalia - psychologist, counselor, mindfulness trainer and founder of seyn.

I was fascinated by questions about psychology from an early age. What makes different personalities different? How does the brain work? Why do certain actions and thought patterns come about and what actually happens in interpersonal interactions? I therefore completed a Master's degree in clinical psychology and initially gained experience in caring for people with mental illnesses covering the entire diagnostic spectrum.

Along the way, I became particularly familiar with a subject close to my heart: The inner child. We all carry injuries from our childhood within us and these are still reflected in our everyday lives today. Situations and relationship patterns that repeat themselves forever like a bad joke of life. Systemic approaches are particularly effective for exploring these patterns. Recognizing them, reflecting on them and, above all, learning a new way of dealing with them are the first steps towards breaking the cycle and leading a happy and peaceful life. I have already been able to support numerous people on this path.

Over the years, another heart topic emerged: Mindfulness.In my life up to that point, my actions were repeatedly determined by difficult emotions and inner tension.I realized that this didn't have to be normal and decided to change something.

So I decided to try something new, to look at pain differently and to work on my situation.Participating in the mindfulness-based training program MBSR created a foundation that allowed me to gain a completely new way of looking at and dealing with my issues. Mindfulness practice became an invaluable tool for me, turning my life 180 degrees in just a few weeks.Thanks to the transformative effects, I can now say that I have achieved inner freedom and am happy from the bottom of my heart.Due to my personal conviction of its effectiveness, I qualified as an MBSR mindfulness trainer from MTI Australia.

By founding seyn, I now want to accompany others on their journey, make new perspectives visible and help them to develop a healthy attitude in order to master life's challenges in a sustainable way.
